9.Sales Conditions

The sales prices of products listed on this site are the tax-inclusive amounts when users order from this site. However, if there are individual indications on the site regarding tax-exclusive, tax-inclusive, or tax-exempt amounts, those indications shall apply.

The prices of products listed on this site are subject to change without notice. However, this does not apply to transactions for which orders have already been received.

The estimated shipping dates displayed on this site are indicative periods from the time the order is confirmed and do not guarantee the delivery date.

Depending on the product and payment method, additional charges for shipping and installation may be incurred separately from the product price.

Orders for products on this site are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Orders by users under 18 years of age require the consent of a parent or guardian.

10.Formation of Sales Contract

Users may place orders for products listed on this site in accordance with the procedures specified by this site.

An order is confirmed when the user completes the order process and payment on this site. However, in the case of cash on delivery (COD), the order is confirmed when the order process is completed on this site. Please note that the "order completion screen" displayed when the order process is successfully completed, the automatically sent email to notify and confirm the order, and the automatically sent email for payment guidance do not indicate the formation of a sales contract between the user and this site.

The sales contract between the user and this site based on the order is formed when the ordered product arrives at the user from this site. In the case of partial shipments, a separate sales contract is formed for each delivered product.

The sales contract is concluded under the conditions at the time of the order, regardless of any changes in sales prices or points awarded after the order.

If the user falls under any of the following categories, the site will consider the order to be withdrawn:

1. In the case of credit card payment, if the credit card payment agent does not approve the payment.
2. In the case of credit card payment, if the cardholder's name differs from the recipient of the product.
3. In the case of COD, if the product is not received and the payment is not made upon delivery.
4. For other payment methods, if payment is not confirmed by the specified payment deadline or within seven days from the order date if no deadline is specified.

Regardless of the formation of the contract, this site reserves the right to unconditionally reject or cancel orders in the following cases:

1. If false information is found in the personal information provided.
2. If an order is placed for products with indefinite long-term restocking or discontinued products. Even if the order is initially manageable, it may become unmanageable during the processing of the order.
3. If an order exceeds the purchase quantity limit for limited quantity products, etc.
4. If the price displayed on this site is clearly incorrect compared to the market price.
5. If an order is suspected of being for resale, re-sale, or commercial purposes.
6. If an order is placed by a user under 18 years old without the consent of a parent or guardian.
7. If an order is placed from outside Japan without prior approval from this site.
8. If a request is made for shipping products outside Japan.
9. If this site deems it necessary to reject or cancel the order.

For COD, if the order involves partial deliveries, users shall follow the delivery agent's instructions and pay the billed amount. If the full billed amount is paid, and the sales contract for subsequent partial deliveries is not formed, the user will be promptly refunded the difference by wire transfer.

11.Order Changes and Cancellations

Users can modify or cancel their orders only before payment confirmation or shipment processing. These actions must be performed by the users themselves after placing an order.

After the sales contract is formed (upon product arrival), changes or cancellations are not accepted except for returns as specified in Article 14 below.

For cancellations (refusal of receipt) at the time of delivery with cash on delivery, users will be separately charged for the costs incurred for product packaging and delivery.

12.Delivery of Products and Transfer of Ownership

This site will deliver the ordered products to the designated address in accordance with the contract once the necessary order procedures and shipment preparations are completed. Requests for specific delivery agents or pickup at the delivery agent's office are not accepted.

For regular products, the designated delivery agent of this site will deliver the products to the entrance of the designated address. For large products specified as "car-top delivery" on this site, the designated delivery agent will deliver the products to the vicinity of the designated address, and the recipient is responsible for unloading the products.

If the recipient is unable to receive the product upon its arrival and redelivery is required, the actual cost of redelivery will be charged.

The risk of the product transfers to the user upon delivery.

Ownership of the product transfers to the user at the following times:

• For cash transfers (including debit payments): at the time of product delivery.
• For credit card payments: after product delivery, when this site receives full payment from the credit card payment agent.
• For smartphone payments: after product delivery, when this site receives full payment from the smartphone payment agent.
• For cash on delivery: when this site receives full payment from the delivery agent.

The delivery destination for the products is limited to within Japan.

Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, system troubles, traffic conditions, weather, disasters, or other reasons beyond the control of this site. This site is not liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties due to such delays.

13.Payment

The usage fees for this site and the method of calculation are as separately determined by this site.

In the event of a dispute regarding fees or other obligations between the user and a credit card company, payment agent, or other third party related to payments on this site, the user must resolve such disputes directly with the relevant party.

14.Returns and Exchanges

Products cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases where the product has defects.

Minor scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not generally affect the usability of the product are not considered defects. Additionally, scratches, dents, or discoloration on outer packaging or cosmetic boxes are not considered defects.

For initial defects, if the delivered product has a defect that is not attributable to the user, please contact us within 7 days of the product's arrival. After returning the product to the address provided by us and confirming the defect, we will either exchange it for a new product of the same model or refund. 

In cases where the product is defective or if a product different from the purchase record is shipped due to our site's fault, the return shipping costs will be borne by our site.

Handling of Personal Information

15.Management of Personal Information

This site may use personal information, which can identify or specify an individual (hereinafter referred to as "personal information"), and transaction information (including transaction history) collected from users through transactions based on this service, for the purposes specified in the following items in addition to the purpose of providing this service. 16.Force Majeure

This site shall not be liable to users for any delay or impossibility in fulfilling the contract due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, riots, civil commotion, revolution, changes or enactment of laws and regulations, transportation accidents, or other acts of God.

17.Jurisdiction

If any issues arise between the user and this site regarding the use of this site that cannot be resolved by these terms, the user and this site shall resolve the issues through sincere consultation.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the issues cannot be resolved through consultation, the Suzuka Summary Court or the Tsu District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

18.Governing Law

The formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

19.Miscellaneous

This site reserves the right to delete any emails received that contain defamation or slander regarding this site or content that violates these terms and conditions without notifying the sender or any third parties.

You may be required to present identification for the purchase of thinner.

Supplementary Provisions

These terms and conditions shall take effect immediately after enactment or revision.

第8条（免責事項）

6. 当サイトの事由または不可抗力等による売買契約成立の延期により生じた損害、損失、不利益等。なお、 この場合でもご利用者が既に当サイトに支払った商品の価額を上限として責任を負うものとします。

第2章　売買契約

第9条（販売条件）

1. 当サイトに掲載された商品の販売価格は、ご利用者が当サイトから注文される場合の税込金額です。
2. 但し、当サイト上に税抜、税込、非課税、の旨の表記が個別になされる場合は表記に従います。
3. 当サイトに掲載された商品の価格は、予告なしに変更することがあります。ただし、既にご注文を受けた取引についてはこの限りではありません。
4. 当サイトに表示された出荷予定表示は、ご注文確定時からの目安の期間であり、お届け日を約束するものではありません。
5. 商品や決済方法により、商品代金とは別に配送や設置に関わる料金を別途ご負担いただく場合がございます。
6. 当サイトでの商品ご注文は18歳以上のご利用者を対象とします。18歳未満のご利用者によるご注文は親権者または後見人の同意を必要とします。
7. 当サイトに掲載された商品の画像・寸法・質量等は予告無しに変更することがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
8. 当サイトの価格変更があった際、ご使用のブラウザ状況により販売価格表記の更新が反映されない場合があります。 このような場合の当サイトの販売価格は当サイトのショッピングカート内で表記される価格を販売価格とします。
9. 当サイトにて表示されている価格は、当サイト上にてお客様ご自身でご購入手続きを完了していただくことを条件とした、特別な販売価格です。従って、運営会社が行っている別の販売方法には適用されません。

第10条（売買契約の成立）

1. ご利用者は、当サイト指定の手続きに従い、当サイトに掲載された商品の注文をお申し込みいただけます。
2. ご利用者が当サイトでのご注文手続きと代金のお支払いを完了されますと、ご注文内容が確定します。 但し、代金引換配送の場合は、当サイトでのご注文手続き完了の時にご注文内容が確定するものとします。 なお、ご利用者が当サイトでのご注文手続きを正常に完了されたときに表示される「注文完了画面」、 ご注文受付のご連絡とご注文内容のご確認のために自動配信される電子メール、 ご注文代金のご入金を案内するために自動配信される電子メール、そのいずれもご利用者と当サイトとの売買契約成立を示すものではありません。
3. ご注文に基づくご利用者と当サイトとの売買契約は、ご注文商品が当サイトよりご利用者に到着した時をもって成立します。なお、商品が分割出荷になる場合には、分納される商品毎に売買契約が成立するものとします。
4. ご注文後の販売価格、ポイント付与率の変動にかかわらず、売買契約はご注文時の条件により締結されます。
5. 次の各号のいずれかにご利用者が該当した場合、当サイトはご注文が撤回されたものとみなします。
1. クレジットカード決済の場合に、クレジットカード決済代行会社の承認が受けられないとき。
2. クレジットカード決済の場合に、クレジットカード名義人と商品の受取人が異なるとき。
3. 代金引換配送での納品時に商品受領と代金のお支払いが受けられないとき。
4. 前号以外の決済方法の場合に、指定のお支払い期限日まで、期限日の指定がない場合はご注文日より7日以内にご注文代金のご入金が確認できないとき。
6. 契約の成立の如何にかかわらず、次の各号により当サイトは無条件でご注文をお断りし、または契約を解除することができます。
1. 個人情報に虚偽の事実が認められた場合。
2. 長期入荷未定商品または生産完了商品のご注文をお受けした場合。ご注文をお受けする時点では手配可能であっても、ご注文処理の過程で手配不可能となる場合もあります。
3. 数量限定商品等お客様ご利用者のご購入数量に制限を設けている場合に、それを超えたご注文をお受けした場合。
4. 当サイトに表示された価格が市場相場等に比較して誤っていることが明らかな場合。
5. 転売、再販売または営利の目的のおそれがあるご注文をお受けした場合。
6. 18歳未満のご利用者が親権者または後見人の同意を得ずにご注文された場合。
7. 日本国外からのアクセスによるご注文で、事前に弊社より承諾を受けていない場合。
8. 日本国外への商品発送をご依頼された場合。
9. その他当サイトがご注文のお断りまたは契約の解除の必要を認めた場合。
7. 代金引換配送をご利用時に、分割納品となった場合は、配送員の案内に従ってご請求金額をお支払いいただくものとします。案内によりご請求金額の全額をお支払い頂いた場合、その後に分納される商品につき売買契約が成立しなかった際は、電信送金の方法により速やかにご利用者に差額を返金いたします。

第11条（注文の変更、キャンセル）

1. 注文の変更、及び注文のキャンセルについては、ご利用者が商品のご注文を行った後、ご入金もしくはご決済確定前および発送手続き前に限り、ご利用者ご自身で手続きすることができます。
2. 売買契約の成立後（商品到着後）は、後記第14条に定める返品以外はお受けいたしかねます。
3. 代金引換配送による商品お届け時のキャンセル（受け取り拒否）につきましては、商品梱包・配送に要した費用に関して、別途ご請求させていただきます。

第12条（商品のお届けと所有権の移転）

1. 当サイトは、ご注文に必要な手続き及びご注文商品の発送準備が完了したご利用者に対し、ご契約内容に従って所定のご指定住所へ当該商品をお届けします。 なお、配送代行業者の指定や、配送代行業者の営業所での受け取りの指定はお断りします。
2. 通常商品のお届けには当サイト指定の配送業者が伺い、当該商品はご指定住所の玄関先でのお引渡しとなります。 当サイトに車上渡しの記載のある大型商品については、当サイト指定の配送業者が伺い、ご指定住所付近の車上でのお引き渡しとなり、荷下ろしは受取人様で行っていただきます。
3. 当該商品到着時に受取人様で商品の受け取りができず、再配送となった場合は再配送料の実費をご請求いたします。
4. 当該商品の危険負担は、お引渡しをもってご利用者に移転します。
5. 当該商品の所有権は、現金振込（デビット決済を含む）の場合は商品お引渡し時、 クレジットカード決済の場合は商品引渡し後、クレジットカード決済代行会社から当サイトが商品代金の全額のお支払いを頂いた時、 スマホ決済の場合は商品引渡し後、スマホ決済代行会社から当サイトが商品代金の全額のお支払いを頂いた時、 代金引換の場合は配送業者から当サイトが商品代金の全額のお支払いを頂いた時に、それぞれご利用者に移転します。
6. 商品のお届け先は、日本国内に限ります。
7. 天災、システムトラブル、交通事情、天候や災害、その他当サイトの責めに帰すべからざる事由により配送が遅延することがございます。 これに関してご利用者、または第三者に発生した損害について、当サイトはいかなる場合も責任を負いません。

第13条（お支払い）

1. 当サイトの利用料及びその算定方法等は、当サイトが別途定めるとおりとします。
2. ご利用者は、当サイトに関連したお支払いに関して、クレジットカード会社、 立替代行業者等の間で料金その他の債務を巡って紛争が発生した場合、当該当事者と直接解決していただきます。

第14条（返品、交換）

1. 商品に瑕疵がある場合を除き、商品の返品、交換には応じられません。
2. 当該商品を使用する上で、一般的に何等不都合のない程度のキズ、へこみ、黄変等は当該商品の瑕疵とは認めません。 また、外装箱、化粧箱等のキズ、へこみ、黄変等は当該商品の瑕疵とは認めません。
3. 初期不良は、お届けした商品にご利用者の責に帰すべき事由によらない瑕疵があった場合のみ、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡頂き、 弊社ご案内の返送先へのご返送後、当サイトで確認の上、新品商品の場合同型新品商品とご交換、又はご返金対応とさせて頂きます。
4. 商品に瑕疵がある場合、および購入記録と異なる商品を当サイトの瑕疵により発送してしまった場合の返品における返送費用は当サイトの負担とさせていただきます。

第3章　個人情報の取扱い

第15条（個人情報の管理）

第4章（雑則）

第16条（不可抗力）

天変地異、戦争、暴動、内乱、革命、法令の改廃制定、輸送機関の事故、その他の不可抗力により契約の履行が遅延し、 または不可能となったときは、当サイトはご利用者に対し何等の責任も負いません。

第17条（管轄裁判所）

1. ご利用者と当サイトとの間の当サイトの利用に関して、本規約により解決できない問題が生じた場合、ご利用者と当サイトとは誠意をもって協議しこれを解決するものとします。
2. 前項の規定にもかかわらず、協議によっても解決しない場合は、鈴鹿簡易裁判所または津地方裁判所を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。

第18条（準拠法）

1. 本利用規約の成立、効力、履行及び解釈については、日本法を準拠法とします。

第19条（その他）

1. 当サイトは、当サイト及び当サイトに関する誹謗、中傷、ならびに本利用規約に違背する内容のメールを受信した場合は、 その送信者及び第三者に対して何らの通知なくして当該メールを削除できるものとします。
2. シンナーの販売については、身分証のご提示を求める場合がございます。
