About Shipping Fees
- Free shipping is available on orders of ¥25,000 or more (before tax).
Please note that the following are not eligible for free shipping: deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, and items marked with an asterisk (*)—e.g., certain 18 L cans and oversize parcels (size 160 and above). Thank you for your understanding.
- The nationwide flat rate for shipping is ¥650 (excluding tax).
- For packages with a combined length, width, and height under 100cm and weighing less than 10kg. (Hokkaido and Okinawa have separate rates.)
- For packages with a combined size of 100cm to less than 140cm (weighing 10kg to less than 20kg), the rate is ¥650 to ¥950.
- For packages with a combined size of 160cm or more (weighing 30kg or more), the rate starts from ¥850.
- Some items shipped directly from the manufacturer may incur shipping fees in certain areas.
- Additional shipping charges or non-delivery may apply to remote islands and certain areas.
- We may contact you regarding shipping fees. If we cannot reach you within five business days from the purchase date, we will ship the item with the additional shipping charges included.
- If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Please be aware of this in advance.
- For corporate deliveries, shipping arrangements are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Sunday deliveries may not be possible.
- For Okinawa and some remote islands, large items with a combined size of 170cm or more, or weighing 20kg or more, may not be deliverable.
- We do not ship internationally.
About Delivery Agents
- The designated delivery agent of our site will deliver the items to your specified address.
- You cannot choose the delivery agent, nor can you pick up items at the delivery agent's office. For large items marked as "truck delivery," they will be handed over to you at the truck near your specified address, and the unloading must be done by the recipient.
- If the recipient is unable to receive the items at the time of delivery, resulting in a re-delivery, the actual cost of the re-delivery fee will be charged.
About Returns
Rules for Returns
- We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of issues with the product.
- Returns for customer convenience are not accepted.
When there is an issue with the product:
- If there is an initial defect not caused by the customer.
- If we mistakenly ship an item that does not match the order record.
Situations not considered as issues with the product:
- Minor scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect functionality.
- Scratches, dents, or discoloration of the outer packaging.
Return Period
- Within three business days from the arrival of the product.
Post-Return Procedure
- We will respond with an exchange for a new item, repair, or refund.
Cash on Delivery Fees
- Free for orders under ¥10,000.
- ¥400 (excluding tax) for orders from ¥10,000 to less than ¥30,000.
- ¥600 (excluding tax) for orders from ¥30,000 to less than ¥100,000.
- ¥1,000 (excluding tax) for orders from ¥100,000 to less than ¥300,000.
- ¥2,000 (excluding tax) and above for orders over ¥300,000.
- Please note that the round-trip shipping fee will be borne by the customer in the case of refusal of receipt.

お買い上げ商品合計金額が25,000円（税抜）以上の場合は送料が無料となります。北海道、沖縄、離島、＊印商品（一斗缶一部、160サイズ以上の商品）は送料無料サービス対象外となります。あらかじめご了承ください。
送料全国一律650円（税抜）
※三辺合計100cm未満及び10kg未満 （北海道、沖縄は別料金）
※三辺合計100cm～140cm未満(10kg～20kg未満)は650～950円
※三辺合計160cm以上（30kg以上）は850円～
※メーカー直送品で、一部の地域は送料が発生する場合がございます。
※離島・一部地域は追加送料若しくは配送できない場合があります。
※送料に関するご連絡を差し上げる場合がございます。その際、商品購入日から5営業日以内にご連絡が取れない場合、追加送料込みの金額で発送いたします。
※商品発送後の注文キャンセルの場合、送料はお客様ご負担となります。あらかじめご了承ください。
※法人様への発送については、日曜・祝日の発送手配はしておりません。日曜日配達は不可になる場合があります。
※沖縄県・一部離島は三辺合計170cmサイズまたは重さ20kg以上の大型商品は発送できない場合があります。
※海外への発送は行っておりません。
配送代行業者について
当サイト指定の配送代行業者がご指定住所まで商品をお届けします。
配送業者の指定及び、配送業者営業所受け取りは行っておりません。又、車上渡しの記載がある大型商品はご指定住所付近の車上にてお引き渡しとなり、荷下ろしは受取人様で行っていただきます。
商品到着時に受取人様で商品の受け取りができず、再配送となった場合は再配送料に係る料金を実費にてご請求させていただきます。
返品について
【返品に関するルール】
商品に問題がある場合を除き、商品の返品および交換には応じられません。
お客様都合での返品は行っておりません。
【商品に問題がある場合とは】
- お客様の責任によらない商品の初期不良があった場合
- 注文記録と一致しない商品を弊社が誤発送してしまった場合
【商品に問題があると見なさない場合】
- 不都合のない程度のキズやへこみ、変色
- 外装箱のキズやへこみ、変色
【返品における期間】
商品到着後より3営業日以内
【返品後の対応】
新品との交換、修理もしくは返金で対応
代引き手数料
- 10,000円未満は無料。
- 10,000円～30,000円未満は400円(税抜)
- 30,000円～100,000円未満は600円(税抜)
- 100,000円～300,000円未満は1,000円(税抜)
- 300,000円以上は2,000円（税抜）〜
※尚、受取拒否時の往復送料はお客様ご負担となりますのでご了承ください。
